Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and are a binding agreement between you and iSuggest.ai (“iSuggest.ai”, “we”, “us”) under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. They are generated by a computer system and do not require any physical or digital signature. By accessing or using https://isuggest.ai, creating an account, running an audit, or publishing a report, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

iSuggest.ai provides page-level GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and SEO audits, AI-generated improvement suggestions, and publishing of frozen page snapshots to public AI directories (Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude) served as HTML, JSON and Markdown. Audits, suggestions and directories are informational tools. Decisions about your website remain yours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. We do not offer the service to children, to persons barred by law from contracting, or to anyone whose account we have previously terminated for breach.

3. Accounts and security

  • Give a valid email address and keep it accurate. Access is by one-time password (OTP) sent to that email.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your email account secure.
  • Tell us immediately at support@isuggest.ai about any unauthorised access.
  • One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to gain extra free credits.
  • If you create an API key, you are responsible for everything done with it. Keep it secret, use it only from systems you control, and follow the fair-use rules in our API documentation. We may throttle or revoke a key that puts the service or other users at risk.

4. Credits and payments

  • Publishing to an AI directory costs credits. Running audits does not. New accounts may receive a signup bonus.
  • Credits are a prepaid, in-service unit with no cash value. They are not transferable and are not a wallet or prepaid payment instrument.
  • All purchases are final and credits are non-refundable, except in the limited cases in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Any price is stated in INR unless said otherwise, with GST and other taxes shown or included as the law requires. Payments are processed by an RBI-authorised payment gateway.
  • We may change prices and the credits an action costs. A change does not affect credits already in your account.
  • We may correct credit balances that arise from an error, and we record every adjustment in your ledger.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited content

In line with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you agree not to submit URLs, or publish reports or snapshots, that:

  • belong to another person, or that you have no right to audit or publish;
  • are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to children;
  • infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
  • deceive or mislead about their origin, impersonate another person, or spread information you know to be false or misleading;
  • threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incite an offence, or violate any law in force;
  • contain malware, or are meant to attack, overload, scan or probe our systems or anyone else's.

You must not scrape, resell or bulk-extract the service or the directories beyond what our robots rules and these Terms allow, reverse engineer it, or use automation to circumvent rate limits or credit charges. You must not present an audit or a directory listing as an endorsement by iSuggest.ai, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or any other company.

6. Private audits and permanent public snapshots

Your audit reports are private to you: they can be opened only by the account that ran them or, for an audit run while signed out, by that browser session, and we do not list or show them to anyone else. Publishing is a separate, deliberate act. A snapshot published to an AI directory is a permanent, immutable, public record, intended to be indexed by search engines and read by AI systems. Before you publish, you confirm that you own the page or have permission to publish its content, and that publishing it does not breach any law or third-party right. Because a snapshot is immutable, we do not edit it after publication. We may de-list, restrict or remove a report or snapshot, with or without notice, if it breaches these Terms, is unlawful, or if we receive a valid legal request. Copies retrieved by others before removal are outside our control.

7. Your content and our licence

You keep ownership of the pages and content you submit. You grant iSuggest.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to crawl, copy, process, analyse, store, display and distribute that content and the resulting reports and snapshots, in HTML, JSON and Markdown, for the purpose of operating the service and the public AI directories. That licence to snapshots you have published continues for as long as the snapshot remains published.

8. Our intellectual property

The iSuggest.ai name, logo, software, design, blog and documentation belong to us or our licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and other laws. You may not copy or reuse them except as these Terms allow. Blog articles may be quoted briefly with attribution and a link.

9. AI-generated output and no guarantee of results

Suggestions are generated in part by third-party AI models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before you rely on them. Audits and suggestions are informational; they are not legal, financial or professional advice. We do not guarantee any ranking, indexing, traffic, citation, mention or recommendation by any search engine, AI assistant or answer engine. Those systems are run by third parties and change without notice.

10. Third-party services and links

The service uses third-party providers (for example hosting, email, payment and AI services) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your dealings with them are subject to their own terms.

11. Intermediary status and takedown

Where iSuggest.ai hosts content that users publish, we act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. On receiving actual knowledge through a court order or a notice from the appropriate government agency, or a valid complaint under the Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2021, we will act within the time the law requires. To report content, write to our Grievance Officer at privacy@isuggest.ai (subject “Takedown”) with the URL, the reason, and proof of your identity or rights. We may retain the removed content and related records as required by law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, iSuggest.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold iSuggest.ai, its owners and personnel harmless from claims, losses, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your breach of these Terms or the law, or your infringement of another's rights.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or refuse service if you breach these Terms or the law, put the service or others at risk, or if we are required to do so. You may stop using the service at any time and close your account by writing to us. Unused credits are forfeited on closure, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (including 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 to 14, 17 and 18) survive termination.

16. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. The date below shows the latest version. If a change is material we will notify you, for example by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law, disputes and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to first raise any dispute with our Grievance Officer (see below) so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Subject to that, and to any right you have to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

18. General

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of the business. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between you and iSuggest.ai for the service. Notices to you may be given to your account email; notices to us must be sent to legal@isuggest.ai.

19. Grievance Officer and contact

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at privacy@isuggest.ai or through the contact form. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within the time the law allows (15 days for content complaints, one month for consumer complaints).
