Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iSuggest.ai. By accessing or using the site, creating an account, or running an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use iSuggest.ai.

1. Service description

iSuggest.ai provides page-level GEO audits that analyze metadata, headings, links, images, structured data presence, performance signals, and related page attributes. We surface findings and recommendations for informational purposes. Implementation decisions remain yours.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. The service is not intended for children under 16.

3. Accounts and security

  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Authentication is performed through one-time codes sent to your email. Keep your email secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security concerns.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use iSuggest.ai to violate laws, infringe rights, or abuse the service.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not submit malicious URLs or content intended to harm our systems.
  • Do not misrepresent audit outputs as endorsements from iSuggest.ai.

5. Public reports

Page audits are public by design. When you run an audit, the resulting report can be accessed by anyone who has the link. If a page is audited multiple times, we keep the latest version to avoid duplication. If you need removal of a specific report, contact us.

6. Intellectual property

iSuggest.ai owns the service, branding, and underlying technology. You own your content and the URLs you submit. By submitting a URL for audit, you grant us a limited right to crawl and process that page solely to deliver the audit result.

7. Disclaimers

iSuggest.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee rankings, indexing, or specific results. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSuggest.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service during the three months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold iSuggest.ai harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Modifications

We may update the service or these Terms. If changes are material, we will post the updated date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or pose security or operational risks. You may stop using the service at any time. Public reports may remain available unless removal is requested.

12. Third-party services

iSuggest.ai may integrate with third-party services (for example, email delivery). We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices. Review their policies separately.

13. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but may perform maintenance or updates that affect access. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We will strive to keep the service stable and transparent about major changes.

14. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction to improve iSuggest.ai. We appreciate ideas that make audits clearer and faster.

15. Beta features

From time to time we may offer beta or experimental features. They may be less stable or change without notice. Use them at your own discretion.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where iSuggest.ai operates. Disputes will be resolved in that venue, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iSuggest.ai regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.
